These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ARMND Studio ("Studio", "Photographer", or "we/us") to the client ("Client" or "you").1. Services
By booking with ARMND Studio, you are agreeing to the scope of services outlined in your selected package. Any additional work outside of that scope may be subject to additional charges.2. Payments
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.The remaining balance is due before or on the day final deliverables are provided.Late payments may incur a 5% weekly fee unless otherwise agreed.Accepted payments: [Cash App, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.]3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 7 days' notice.Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee.ARMND Studio may reschedule due to emergencies, illness, or weather conditions.4. Turnaround Time
Final deliverables will be sent within the timeline agreed in your package (typically 3–7 business days).5. Usage Rights & Copyright
ARMND Studio retains full copyright and ownership of all content created.You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal or business use.You may not resell, modify, or distribute the content without written permission.ARMND Studio may use content for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.6. Edits & Revisions
Each package includes two rounds of basic revisions. Additional edits may incur a charge of about $50/ an hour.ARMND studio does not give out raw flies7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Arrive on time and prepared for your session.Communicate promptly and clearly.Provide necessary info, access, or approvals to complete the project.8. Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for:
Any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the shootResults of how the content or strategy is used in your businessTechnical issues beyond our control (equipment failure, corrupted files, etc.)9. Force Majeure
If an unforeseeable event (natural disaster, accident, illness, etc.) prevents us from delivering your project on time or at all, we’ll notify you ASAP and work out a fair solution.10. Portfolio Use
Unless requested otherwise in writing, we may use your content for our portfolio, marketing, or future promotions.11. Agreement
By booking any service with ARMND Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, whether or not a separate contract has been signed.
